✨ Welcoming Mr. Tenzin Norbu Zongpa – Radiological Safety Officer (Nuclear Medicine) 🎊

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tenzin Norbu Zongpa as Radiological Safety Officer (Nuclear Medicine) at KCC | CCA.

With nearly 7 years of extensive experience in Nuclear Medicine and Radiological Safety, Mr. Zongpa brings deep expertise in establishing comprehensive Nuclear Medicine Departments — including PET CT, Gamma Camera, and Low Dose Therapy Units, as well as multiple diagnostic radiology imaging systems.
An alumnus of MAHE Manipal, he holds a postgraduate degree in Nuclear Medicine. His knowledge, precision, and dedication to safety will further strengthen our commitment to advanced, patient-centric care and technological excellence. ✨

Nurturing Hope: Kolhapur Cancer Centre's Paalavi Event

We are proud to share glimpses from our latest Paalavi event!

The Kolhapur Cancer Centre Cancer Centers of America (KCC CCA), has long hosted the Paalavi support program on the first Monday of every month. This essential initiative is dedicated to providing emotional and social support to children who have fought or are fighting cancer, along with their parents.

The session was filled with joy as the children enjoyed magic shows, games, and fun activities, followed by a special lunch for all attendees. Creating moments of normalcy, happiness, and hope is vital to their healing journey.

A special thanks to the Lions Club for initiating and supporting this month’s event. Collaborations like these help us continue our mission of "Nurturing Hope, Saving Lives."

कॅन्सरशी लढा देणाऱ्या बालकांना आणि त्यांच्या पालकांना मानसिक बळ व आनंद देण्यासाठी, गेल्या अनेक वर्षांपासून दर महिन्याच्या पहिल्या सोमवारी हा प्रेरणादायी उपक्रम सातत्याने सुरू आहे. या विशेष सत्रात मुलांसाठी विविध मनोरंजक ॲक्टिव्हिटीज, जादूचे प्रयोग, खेळ आणि स्नेहभोजनाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते.

यावेळच्या 'पालवी' कार्यक्रमाला लायन्स क्लब (Lions Club) यांचे मोलाचे सहकार्य लाभले.

A milestone for cancer care in Kolhapur!
The Rotary Club of Kolhapur Midtown has donated a state-of-the-art Digital Mammography Machine to Kolhapur Cancer Centre, inaugurated by MP Dhananjay Mahadik.

This initiative, launched during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, marks a step forward in early detection and timely treatment.
Dr. Suraj Pawar highlighted its importance for patients, while Dr. Reshma Pawar emphasized how advanced technology can aid accurate diagnosis.
