History
A group of seven doctors from different specialties came together in the year 1996 with a vision to set up a multi-specialty medical centre in Kolhapur City. Their dream metamorphosed into Prerana Hospital Limited's erstwhile Aadhar Nursing Home which later on turned out as as "Aadhar Hospital". This medical centre has steadily progressed & established itself as one of the premier medical setup serving the community in and around Kolhapur district including adjoining cities of South Maharashtra and North Karnataka. Keeping with its vision of constantly improving, transforming and upgrading quality of healthcare delivered, Aadhar Hospital has taken a strategic direction and formed Joint Venture (JV) with like-minded globally renowned "DM Healthcare Private Limited (DMH)", a multinational progressive healthcare group. Disclaimer: I'm not a diabetic. Results are different for each person, especially for diabetics. My own results vary a little each day. Glycemic load, calories, quality & quantity of food, all of these matter. Finally, I am not a doctor & this is not medical advice.

How to see my results: Best is to see trends & develop an intuition on how to eat different foods so that sugar spikes can be lowered. Don't focus on absolute numbers. Ideally, you should do tests on yourself to get the most personalised results.
