We are looking for a polite, organized, and energetic Front Desk Executive for our Kalyani Branch to manage daily front-desk operations and assist parents with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist parents, children, and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Handle phone calls, messages, and appointment scheduling efficiently.
• Maintain attendance records, client data, and daily registers.
• Support therapists and management in maintaining smooth operations.
• Handle documentation, reports, and communication using MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate with parents for upcoming sessions, payments, and appointments.

কিয়াশের কাহিনী
গত এক বছরেরও বেশি সময় ধরে Sumaang-এর সঙ্গে আছে।
যখন কিয়াশ প্রথম আসে, সে স্পষ্টভাবে কথা বলতে পারত না এবং অতিমাত্রায় চঞ্চল ছিল । কিন্তু আজ, সুমাঙ-এর দরজা দিয়ে ঢুকেই সে হাসিমুখে সবাইকে অভিবাদন করে।
গত এক বছরে ওর জন্য তৈরি করা হয়েছে একদম নিজস্ব থেরাপি প্ল্যান, যা ওকে ধীরে ধীরে বদলে দিয়েছে। আগে যে জোরে শব্দে ভয় পেত, এইবার ও এই দীপাবলি নির্ভয়ে কাটিয়েছে।
প্রতিদিন সুমাঙ-এর থেরাপিস্টরা ওর অগ্রগতি দেখেন, প্রতিটি সেশনে কি করছে সেটা নোট করেন — আর যখনই ও কোনো ছোট সাফল্য পায়, সবাই মিলে সেটা উদযাপন করেন।

The Wilbarger Protocol (also called brushing therapy) is a sensory technique used in sensory integration therapy. It involves gently brushing the body with a small sensory brush to help children who are tactile defensive, anxious, or sensory seeking. The protocol takes about 2–3 minutes. Using a pressure Brush, firm pressure is applied from the arms down to the feet—avoiding the face, chest, and stomach due to sensitivity. The process is followed by light joint compressions and is repeated several times a day. Many parents of children with autism report improvements in their child’s ability to stay calm and focused.
