Obese and ( more than 100 kgs) patients with uncontrolled diabetes, heart disease, sleep apnea, reflux, arthritis, severe fatty liver and pre transplant patients have been affected severely during the pandemic. They are also more prone to 19 but they have been advised to avoid visiting hospitals.

To address this difficult situation, we have revamped our Obesity Clinic (Way to High) by incorporating telemedicine in a big way.

We have involved nutritionists, physical trainers, psychologists, physicians and surgeons to manage these patients on an ONLINE platform. This way, patient stays home and yet gets treated by an experienced team .

Quinoa
Chicken/paneer/soya
Peas
Olives
Corriander leaves
Spices

You can cook them in one pot which saves the hassle of using and washing too many utencils.
