The basic idea behind ‘BHAROSAA’ is that of providing assistance with certain daily chores of our lives, without the use of any smartphone APP. People are nowadays living in a nuclear family, having fast paced lives, it is becoming nearly impossible to take care of the daily necessities. This will be the first of it’s kind in our city(Kolkata). Research shows that there is a demand of this model specifically for the elderly residents of the city(60 years and above), who have their children working in other parts of the country or abroad in some cases. In today’s app based world, the older generation is getting extremely confused so as to where to seek help for odd jobs. Lastly, this concept also has a social appeal.
