A case of Oligomenorrhea+Hypothyroidism+Hyperprolactinemia (High prolactin level)
A 32 years old patient, married for 5 years came to my clinic with H/O Oligomenorrhea (infrequent periods) with Infertility issue..
On USG, there was PCOD
TSH was 7 (high)
Prolactin was 35 (high)
After 4 months of treatment finally patient was conceived..
At 38 weeks, successful delivery done..

Gynae case::one more success by Medications ..
Cystic SOL treatment done by only Medications..No Surgery needed..
A 20 years old girl came to me with H/O heavy menstrual bleeding(HMB) twice monthly associated with severe Dysmenorrhea( pain during periods)
On USG there was A large Cystic SOL ( 55mm×51 mm on size) on Rt o***y..
Then I counselled her and given some medications for 3 months..
After 3 months I advised her a repeat USG..
On USG there was no cystic SOL..
Patient is completely well..

Gynae case:: A complicated and difficult case..
Ovarian Cystic SOL treated only by Medications,no surgery needed..
A 40 years ola patient came to me with H/O heavy menstrual bleeding with severe pain lower abdomen with anemic..
On USG there was Two large Cystic SOL on both ovaries (47 mm ×35 mm on Rt o***y and 41 mm× 35mm on Lt o***y) and CA-125 level was very high( 129U/ml where normal level is upto 35U/ml)..
Then I counselled patient and adviced her some medications only and told her no surgery needed at present..
Then After 3 months of treatment patient is absolutely well and stable now..
On USG there was decreased Cystic SOL on both ovaries ( 29 mm × 21 mm on Rt o***y and 27 mm× 27mm on Lt o***y) and CA-125 level was mostly decreased (40U/ml) and normal Hb level..
