Mr. Bose presented with Acute left flank pain for a few months on and off. He was diagnosed with a 1.5cm sized stone located at the left renal pelvis. He was offered PCNL (making a puncture in the kidney through loin and extracting the stone) by doctors he previously consulted. He wanted something less invasive hence offered him RIRS (Endoscopic laser dusting of the stone, without any cuts on the body), which was successfully completed.
