🎯 A case of Cirrhosis of Liver, Cholelithiasis, Diabetes mellitus, Osteoarthritis of both knee.
💠 Identification:
Name: Mrs. S. Ghosh.
Age: 61yrs.
S*x: Female.
Height: 5'3"
Weight: 71kgs.
Status: Married.
Occupation: House wife.
💠 Present Complaints:
Can't stand erect and walk due to terrible pain in both knee since 1 year.
She can't do even her daily household work.
Biting pain in both shoulder since last 3 month which descends downward upto tip of finger. Pain is more on right side than the left one. At first pain appears in right shoulder then left one.
Pain aggravate ()by warm application.
by massage.
Gnawing pain in both knee since 6month. Pain < early morning < first motion
Pain > by continued motion.
Urge incontinence, can't hold urine when urging comes which < at night.
Constipation, hard stool, offensive, passes with difficulty.
💠 History of Present Complaints:
She was suffering from shoulder joint pain, then gradually pain started on both knee joint. Her general condition became so much deteriorated than before that she can't walk with her own abilitiy. She has to depend on Artificial walking walkers or with the help of other family members.
At first she took allopathic treatment. History of prolonged steroid therapy. Pain was increased than before. They suggested her to both knee replacement. But the family members won't agree.
She also took Ayurvedic medication but no further positive response.

Can't tolerate hunger.

Father- SOL in abdomen.

Sister- Rheumatism.
💠 Mind: Desire for company, can't stay
alone.
💠Sleep: 6 hours, breaks easily, right lateral
posture.
💠 Dreams: of daily work.
💠 Vaccination: Covaxin (28th May).
No complication.

Joint pains slightly < than before.

Till 25th Jan, 22. there was no such major problem in her system. Gradual amelioration of all previous symptoms. So the second best remedy was administered to her only.
🩺 15th Visit : (10th Feb, 22)
Rumble sound in abdomen after taking lunch with heaviness of abdomen, bloated abdomen < afternoon & evening
> by passing flatus.
Constipation, hard stool, offensive.
Offensive eructation.
Throat burn reappear.

Desire- Spicy, Sour, Sweet.
Tongue- moist, yellow coat.
Thirst- increased than before.
No hot vertex & eyes.
