🪷 Food = Mood
Your food has energy — it carries vibration.
🍎 Sattvic food gives peace and clarity.
✅ Fresh fruits and vegetables

Whole grains (rice, wheat, millets)

Fresh milk, ghee, butter (in moderation)

Nuts and seeds

Legumes, pulses, sprouts

Herbal teas, honey

Freshly prepared food (not leftovers).

🌶️ Rajasic food brings restlessness and stress.
✅ Spicy, fried, and oily foods

Excessively salty or sour items

Tea, coffee, energy drinks

Pickles, onions, garlic (stimulating in nature)

Fermented foods (in excess).

🍔 Tamasic food creates dullness and depression.

✅ Stale, reheated food

Processed and junk food

Meat, fish, eggs (considered tamasic in yogic view)

Alcohol, drugs

Fermented, spoiled, or preserved food.

If you want to heal your anxiety or overthinking, start with your plate.
Choose prana-filled, sattvic food — fresh, light, plant-based, and cooked with love.

💫 Remember — “As is the food, so is the mind.” (Bhagavad Gita 17.7–10)

🕉️ Yoga — From Transgression to Transcendence

When we go through difficult times,
yoga doesn’t ask us to ignore or escape the pain.
It reminds us — this too is a part of life. 🌿

Instead of resistance, yoga teaches acceptance.
It helps us move through the storm, with awareness and grace.

Through asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, dharana, and dhyana,
we begin to heal from the inside out —
something no other exercise can truly offer.

Because yoga is not just of the body or mind —
it’s beyond both.

In deep practice, the sense of “I” ( EGO) who dissolves…
and only the experience remains. ✨
That’s where real healing begins —
when the doer and the action become one.

🌸 If you’re ready to experience this journey of awareness and healing —
join my Yoga & Healing Classes.
Let’s move, breathe, and rise together —
from self-effort to self-realization. 🙏

🕯️“Prepare for Diwali with Lightness”

✨ Before we light diyas this Diwali, let’s first light up our inner energy. ✨

I’m starting a 7-Day Sattvic Reset — a journey of clean eating, mindful movement, and inner cleansing before the festive season. 🌱

Each day, I’ll share my:
🥗 Sattvic meal plan
🧘‍♀️ One yoga pose for balance
💫 A simple affirmation to stay aligned

Today is all about mental preparation — setting your sankalpa (intention) for this 7-day journey. 🌸

🧘‍♀️ Today’s Yoga Pose: Sukhasana (Easy Pose) — sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take 10 deep breaths to center yourself.

> Simplicity is the essence of sattva.

Are you ready to glow from within before Diwali? 🪔
Type “✨ I am ready for sattva ✨” if you’re joining this 7-day journey with me.

🌿 Yoga Will Never Die – Because It Is Life Itself 🌿

So many people say, “Everywhere everyone is teaching yoga, it has become so competitive. There are more teachers than students.” But the truth is – yoga can never die, because yoga is not just a profession or a trend. Yoga is life itself.

The very moment a baby takes its first breath, yoga begins. With each inhalation and exhalation, life flows – and yoga flows with it. As we move through the different stages of childhood, youth, adulthood, and old age, yoga continues as the rhythm of existence.

👉 Yoga is not limited to asana, pranayama, mudra, or bandha. These are beautiful tools, but yoga is much more than the mat.
Yoga is how we face challenges, process emotions, respond to people, and align ourselves with the deeper truth of life.

Life will always present us with comparison, competition, endless desires, and moments of greed. But yoga whispers to us:
✨ “Turn inward. Harmonize. Breathe. Witness. Let go.”

When we truly practice yoga, we begin to dissolve the restless mind that constantly seeks more. Instead of being caught in competition, we root ourselves in compassion. Instead of chasing endless desires, we cultivate contentment. Instead of reacting to challenges, we learn to respond with balance and awareness.

This is why yoga will never fade away – because as long as human beings breathe, as long as life continues with its ups and downs, we will always need yoga to guide us back home to ourselves.

So whether you are a teacher, a student, or simply a seeker – remember:
🌸 Yoga is not just something you do.
🌸 Yoga is something you live.

And as long as there is life, there will always be yoga.
