Not every morning we get good news

One message says " Why dint we get to know my sister in law had Gall bladder stone during 9 months of pregnancy? She has passed after the birth of baby"...after that

We couldn't contacted her as it's in a place where we can't contact her back to know the details.

First of all we felt utterly disappointed and shocked to know this.
We could understand she dint deliver under Dr Tanuka received Ante natal care.

We don't have any details what had happened.
Only thing we understood that they are Angry about not finding out Gall bladder stone during pregnancy.

NOW

When women come during pregnancy we mainly Do TVS - transvaginal ultrasound

USG pregnancies
NT scan
Anomaly scan
Growth scan

All are recommended for foetus and baby development.

Only when woman complaints upper abdomen pain or relevant symptoms - we do Upper abdomen scan to Gall bladder ,pancreas.

So Unnecessary tests we avoid.

Blaming is a way of venting out ..proper treatment at right time and place is important

We dint get to know who the patient was and what actually happened with her.

I'm shocked to know ..God bless the baby.

Be responsible for your words .Know both sides story.

Fibroids..can cause heavy bleeding and difficulty in getting pregnant.

One such lady of 32 years presented with heavy bleeding not controlled with medicine,2 USG showed multiple fibroids but none of these appeared to be very big..so mutually we decided for Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopic myomectomy ( fibroid removal)
She also had pain during periods.

Now turn if Surprises

Put my hysteroscope shaw Two Submucous fibroid! Occupying endometrial cavity - which was not mentioned in USG
Leaning point - USG s all the time may not map fibroid s..
3D TVS in certain expert hands can give us idea.

Now also saw all muscle layer fibroid s( intramural) was pushing the cavity! So I had to remove

3 rd surprise left o***y had Chocolate cyst

🥲🤘So we did hysteroscopic myomectomy ( 2) laparoscopically removed 3 fibroids and did lap cystectomy
We applied adhesion prevention barrier agent.

Hoping for her recovery.

So She had chocolate cyst or endometriosis.
