Introducing our new HEALTHY HAPPY HOUR CLASSES .... 4th Session - 3 week programme - 12 classes; 4 classes a week.
We all need a little extra motivation right now and so we are bringing back our classes with a healthy twist!!
Along with our 4 days a week programme we will be introducing a weekly diet plan. Healthy eating and being consistent with your workouts is the key to staying fit and strong. A lot of heart and sweat has gone into curating these fitness sessions for all of you!
