today while conducting a meditation session with some amazing people , there was a sudden insight where the mountains spoke to me ...
with an increasing number of trekkers all around the world , has it ever occurred to you that maybe the mountains don’t like people trenching upon them ... the more people that travel up n down these mountains , the more invasion into the purity n serenity ... there is more filth , more erosion of cleanliness ...
They don’t like it ... for people it is exploration , but , for the mountains that have always stood tall n mighty , pure n untouched ?

It maybe long , but it comes from a guidance within ... to be shared 🙏🏻

We are each responsible for our own actions.
We are each responsible for everyone around us too.
When we realise our responsibility WE NEED TO TAKE ACTION .

Whether it’s :
Standing by our family in a time of turbulence . Even if you can’t do anything regarding the cause , what you can do is , try and bring about faith and patience in them , that is enough for them to feel motivated and loved , AND FORGIVEN . Because , somewhere they do feel responsible for putting their loved ones through the turbulence .
Take responsibility!!!
Take action !!!

Whether it’s :
A person in your life who never demands your love and attention , probably he / she has gotten used to your not being understanding and present enough . You can bring about a change today .
Relationships require your time and effort .
At one time maybe that relationship GAVE YOU A LOT ... maybe it’s now time for YOU TO GIVE IT ‘YOURSELF’ ...
