On my worst days, I don’t chase motivation — I fall back on habits that keep me grounded.
These 6 health habits aren’t about perfection, discipline, or doing more. They’re about doing just enough to support my body when energy is low and life feels heavy.

I eat regular meals instead of skipping.
I hydrate before cravings take over.
I prioritise sleep over punishment workouts.
I move gently, not aggressively.
I reduce food guilt and self-criticism.
I remind myself that consistency includes hard days too.
