Today's topic of discussion : 𝙎𝙏𝘼𝘽𝙄𝙇𝙄𝙏𝙔

One of the key factors which should be kept in mind for leading a happy life is STABILITY, which may not apply in only some task but also in every course of life. Being stable in your mind, emotions, reactions, thoughts, body are the prime necessities to handle any sort of task. It not only helps you control yourself in a way you want but also makes one realize his/her capabilities.
Let's try an example :
Suppose a mother is working hard for her son's good marks, and so is the son. The son is a good student and gets the marks he desires, but he could not achieve that once. Now the most common reaction will be the disappointment of the mother, making herself and her son sad. What one needs to focus on is how stable and controlled her reaction should be in accepting the failure, learning from the mistakes and then preparing for the best again.
