It seems not-too-long-ago that Rooheal opened it's doors to the world, with 2 Founding members and 1 more team member.

With every healing camp, every healing session, every group meditation and every Pranic Healing workshop, we took 1 step forward.

Today, with 2 Pranic Healing Centres and 17 team members working professionally with us (and many other volunteers), we turn 7!

The journey has been nothing short of an adventure - one which we love to embark on every single day!

A big thank you to all who have walked with us and are with us on this beautiful adventure.

Just as a lotus blooms out of muddy waters, love can bloom out of difficult relationships with the help of forgiveness.
Have you noticed that sometimes people carry on useless thoughts and emotions about someone and end up wasting their own lives?

The easiest way to liberate yourself from this suffering and to improve relationships is to forgive. Forgiveness heals the soul and gives you freedom to live and love fully.

In order to experience this love and freedom life has to offer, choose one person who has been difficult to be with or anyone who you would like to have a better relationship with; and use the following practice.
