I began my journey in the world of television with the iconic Durga in 2008, a show that launched on the 8th of September — the very same day Star Jalsha was born. That day marked not just the beginning of my career, but also the start of a beautiful bond with the audience who embraced me with so much love and support.

Now, after 18 years of working in numerous TV shows, webseries and films, life has brought me to another special milestone. On the 8th of September, my new show Sampoorna will premiere on Star Plus and Hotstar, marking my debut in Hindi television. The date, the connection, and the timing feel nothing short of cosmic, as if the universe has beautifully aligned my journey.

Even more special is the fact that this project is produced by SVF Entertainment — the very same production house with which my journey began all those years ago.

I feel deeply grateful to SVF, Aditi di,and Star Plus for entrusting me with the character of Mitti. This role is particularly meaningful as it has been adapted from the Bengali web series Noshtoneer, originally directed by Aditi Roy herself. To step into this character under such guidance feels like life coming full circle.

As I take this step forward, I do so with immense gratitude and hope. Just as my Bengali audience has always showered me with love through the years, I now look forward to receiving the same affection, blessings, and encouragement from viewers across the nation.

My heartfelt thanks also go out to my entire team and co-stars, who have made this journey so enriching and joyful. Their support, warmth, and collaboration have truly brought this project to life.
