✅1. Pranamasana (Prayer Pose)

Definition: Stand straight, join your palms at the chest, and center your mind.
Purpose: Brings awareness, calms the mind, and prepares the body.

✅2. Hastauttanasana (Raised Arms Pose)

Definition: Raise your arms overhead, gently arch back, and stretch the entire front body.
Purpose: Opens chest, lungs, and improves breathing.

✅3. Hastapadasana (Standing Forward Fold)

Definition: Bend forward from the hips and touch your hands to the floor beside your feet.
Purpose: Stretches hamstrings, spine, and improves digestion.

✅4. Ashwa Sanchalanasana (Equestrian Pose / Low Lunge)

Definition: Take your right leg back, bend the left knee, and look upward.
Purpose: Strengthens legs, opens hips, and builds balance.

✅5. Dandasana (Plank Pose)

Definition: Take both legs back and bring the body into a straight line like a plank.
Purpose: Builds core, arm, and shoulder strength.

✅6. Ashtanga Namaskara (Eight-Limbed Pose)

Definition: Lower knees, chest, and chin to the floor while keeping the hips lifted.
Purpose: Strengthens arms and prepares body for backbend.

✅7. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)

Definition: Slide forward and lift your chest up using back strength.
Purpose: Opens chest, strengthens spine, and improves posture.

✅8. Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog)

Definition: Lift hips up, make an inverted V shape, straighten arms and legs.
Purpose: Stretches full body, strengthens arms and legs.

✅9. Ashwa Sanchalanasana (Low Lunge) – Left Leg Forward

Definition: Bring your left foot forward and look upward.
Purpose: Same as Pose 4 – opens hips and improves balance.

✅10. Hastapadasana (Forward Fold)

Definition: Bring feet together and bend forward from hips.
Purpose: Same as Pose 3 – stretches spine and legs.

✅11. Hastauttanasana (Raised Arms Pose)

Definition: Rise up, lift arms overhead, and gently arch back.
Purpose: Opens chest and energizes the body.

✅12. Pranamasana (Prayer Pose)

Definition: Stand straight and join palms at the chest to complete the cycle.
Purpose: Returns to calmness and steady breathing.
