The best of time-tested fitness essentials combined with cutting-edge modern exercise science. They do not make you feel bored and monotonous unlike conventional gyms. We emphasize movement, full-body involvement, and quality form for optimal results. Our objective is to get you out of your comfort zone and push you! So do not expect to be put on a treadmill and be asked to walk at a leisurely pace. Here we will make you use your own bodyweight, as well as added external resistance. You’ll find a large variety of challenging, fun ways to take your fitness to the next level, including: kettlebells, boxing bags, monkey bar, resistance bands, battle ropes, stability equipment, suspension straps, free motion machine, free weights and more. This type of functional training using the large muscle groups of the body require much shorter workouts and thus will also fit well with the schedule of busy individuals.
