‘The crown belongs to her. She heals, she feels, and still she stands tall.’ (This is the slogan I designed for wonderful contestants of Mrs.Mom season 9)
As a psychiatrist, I want to remind you that pregnancy is not just a physical experience—it’s an emotional one. Your hormones shift, your responsibilities grow, and it’s natural to feel a wide range of emotions: happiness, anxiety, fatigue, excitement, or even moments of sadness.
None of these emotions make you weak. In fact, they reflect your strength and awareness.
Healing—whether from stress, past experiences, or the daily challenges of pregnancy—is a process. And standing tall doesn’t mean pretending everything is perfect. It simply means continuing with grace, asking for help when needed, and honouring your own needs.
Your ability to feel deeply, care deeply, and still move forward is your crown.
It is what makes you powerful, resilient, and worthy of support.
So be gentle with yourself. Prioritise rest, talk about your emotions, and seek support whenever you need it. Caring for yourself is not selfish—it’s part of caring for your baby.”
