He completed his course on Panchakarma from National Research Institute of Ayurveda on Panchakarma, Kerala. He also completed a special course on Ano-rectal diseases from Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur. He worked as a House Physician in J.B.Roy State Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata and I.P.G.A.M.E at S.V.S.P Hospital, Kolkata. He also worked as Doctor-in-charge in Narendrapur RamaKrishna Mission Ayurvedic Hospital, Narendrapur. He is a pioneer in Ayurvedic Treatment related to Skin, Joints, Ano-rectal problems and Gasto-intestional problems.
