This was an interesting case of a patient named Shambhu Dayal, who was suffering from advanced stage osteoarthritis in Bilateral Knees with Genu varus deformity in both the limbs. Patient was not able to walk properly. Bilateral Total Knee Joint Replacement was performed at our institution and the patient was able to walk comfortably the very next day of the surgery.
