The tooth 46 underwent Re- RCT treatment.
Since the tooth was grossly decayed we decided to give metal post to strengthen the weakest tooth structure followed by composite buildup and lastly the crown.

A patient with grossly decayed 46 come up with a lingually fractured 47 with slight tenderness on chewing.
Over diagnosing the tooth was tender on both horizontal and vertical percussion, we started with a single sitting RCT for 47.

Look at this case
A pt name Deepak came with traumatic exfoliation of his maxillary central incisors
A day later of trauma he visited us , on diagnosis the socket was wounded and infected,his both lateral incisors were also grade-I mobile.
We took proper history and suggested him the different treatment plan which can be best suited for the patient in terms of both esthetic and financially.

On day-1 we ask patient for a scan (CBCT) to be done so that we can check for the bony socket and dressing was done.

Over next appointment, we suggested pt to go for Zirconia bridge for best esthetic as his buccal bone was broken for case of implant
After confirmation on the treatment plan we started first for healing of the soft tissue to avoid shrinkage

Deep curretage, bone conturing and suturing was done along with that temporary teeth were given to the patient so that patient can be with teeth for a period

After 2 weeks of healing sutures were removed crowns were prepared and finally delivered. Aayush jain
