Mud Therapy Tips – Dr. Komal Nayak, BNYS 🌿
Use Clean Natural Mud: Hamesha filtered aur chemical-free mitti use karein.
Mud Temperature: Summer me thandi mitti aur winter me thodi garam mitti use karein.
Apply on Specific Area: Pain, swelling, ya inflammation wale area par pack lagayein.
Duration: 20–30 minutes tak lagayein, fir normal water se wash karein.
For Face Glow: Multani mitti + rose water mix karke face mask lagayein.
For Digestion: Mud pack abdomen par 20 min daily lagane se digestion improve hota hai.
Avoid During Cold: Agar body thandi ho ya cold-cough ho, to avoid karein.
Hydration: Therapy ke baad plenty of water piyen.
