Here’s how you can identify symptoms of anemia without any test ⬇️

✔️ Face turns pale / yellowish
✔️ Nails lose natural pink, become white
✔️ Eyes appear whitish instead of healthy red
✔️ Tongue turns pale / white
✔️ Swelling in feet & hands
✔️ Faster heartbeat when checked with stethoscope

👉 If hemoglobin is below 10 mg/dl, these are clear warning signs of low blood (anemia).
