A 24 year old female patient sheela came to our hospital as a case of primi gravida with POG 22 week with a large posterior wall fibroid of size 7.4 x 6.2 cm in the lower segment She had been advised a caesarean section at other facilities and was very apprehensive and anxious in regards to the fibroid related morbilities After complete assessment, she was also found to be hypothyroid along with having intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy She was counselled and followed up during her antenatal period We delivered her vaginally at 38 week of gestation there was PPH which was managed medically and with a ballon tamponade She showed faith in us and took home a healthy male child weighing ,2.8 kg with no maternal and neonatal morbidies we at siddhi vinayak hospital strive to fulfill our aim of a safe mother & child
