ഞാൻ എലിസബത്ത് ജോൺ (Ph.D. Psychiatric Social Work ) സൈക്കോതെറാപിസ്റ് , കൗൺസിലർ ആയി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു, Life care counselling center എന്ന സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്റെ ഡയറക്ടറുമാണ്. കോട്ടയം ജില്ലയിൽ പേരൂർ ആണ് സ്വദേശം. Social Work & Psychiatric മേഖലയിൽ കൂടുതൽ പഠനം നടത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു. 2006 മുതൽ 12000 ത്തോളം ആൾക്കാരെ കൗൺസിലിങ് നൽകി, ജീവിത വിജയം നേടാൻ സഹായിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
നിരവധി സ്കൂളുകൾ, കോളേജുകൾ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലായി മാനസികാരോഗ്യം, പേഴ്സണാലിറ്റി ഡെവലപ്മെന്റ്, പേരന്റിംഗ് തുടങ്ങിയ വിവിധ
വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ 200 ലധികം ട്രെയിനിങ് പ്രോഗ്രാമുകൾ നടത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. 2010 ൽ മാനസിക ആരോഗ്യ മേഖലയിൽ കുട്ടികളുടെയും, ചെറുപ്പക്കാരുടെയും വ്യക്തികളുടെയും, കുടുംബങ്ങളുടെയും പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി Life care counselling സെന്റര് എന്ന സ്ഥാപനം ആരംഭിച്ചു, ഇന്നവിടെ 12 വിദഗ്ധ ഡോക്ടർമാരുടെ സേവനം ലഭ്യമാണ്. ഇതിനോടപ്പം തന്നെ പ്രമുഖ സ്കൂളുകളുടെയും കോളേജുകളുടെയും student കൗൺസിലേർ ആയി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു.
