പ്രിയരേ..

കുറേ നാൾക്ക് ശേഷം എഴുത്തുന്ന ഒരു കാര്യം.
മുഴുവനും വായിക്കണം.വായിച്ചു മനസിലാക്കി ഉൾക്കൊള്ളണം.കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് വായിക്കാൻ കൊടുക്കണം.

ഞാൻ ഒരു ആയുർവേദ വൈദ്യൻ ആണ്. കഴിഞ്ഞ 10 വർഷമായി ചികിത്സ ചെയ്തു മുന്നോട്ട് പോകുന്നു.
എന്റെ അടുത്ത് വരുന്ന ബഹുഭൂരിപക്ഷം ആളുകളും സ്ത്രീകളാണ്. ചെറുപ്പക്കാരും,മധ്യവയസ്ക്കരും, പ്രായമുള്ളവരും എല്ലാം എന്റെ അടുത്ത് വരും. അവരുടെ പ്രയാസം പറയും ചികിത്സ നൽകും. പക്ഷെ എനിക്ക് പലപ്പോഴും തോൽവികൾ സംഭവിക്കും. ഒന്നും വേണ്ട വിധം മാറുന്നില്ല. രോഗിക്ക് വേണ്ട സൗഖ്യം കൊടുക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല.
ഈ ചിന്ത എന്നെ വല്ലാതെ വേട്ടയാടി. രോഗത്തിന് വേണ്ട ചികിത്സയും പഥ്യവും നിർദേശങ്ങളും എല്ലാം നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ട് രോഗി അണുവിട തെറ്റാതെ എല്ലാം ചെയ്തിട്ടും രോഗാവസ്ഥ- യിൽ കാര്യമായ മാറ്റം കാണാതെ വന്നപ്പോൾ ചില വഴികൾ മാറി ചിന്തിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി. അവരോടു കൂടുതൽ സംസാരിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി. അവരുടെ യഥാർത്ഥ ജീവിത സാഹചര്യം മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ ഒരു ശ്രമം നടത്തി. അതിൽനിന്നു എനിക്ക് മനസ്സിലായത് അവർക്കെല്ലാം ലഭിക്കാതെ പോകുന്നു ഒരു കൈ താങ്ങിന്റെ കുറവാണ് അവരുടെ രോഗ കാരണം മാറാതെ നിൽക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് എനിക്ക് അറിയാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു.
ഒരമ്മ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഒരു സ്ത്രീ അവരുടെ സഹന ശക്തിയുടെ മുന്നിൽ നമ്മൾ കുട്ടികൾ, ഭർത്താവ്, എല്ലാം പാദനമസ്കാരം ചെയ്യണം.

എന്റെ അനുഭവം ഉദാഹരണ സഹിതം

പേരും നാളും എല്ലാം സാങ്കൽപ്പികം

1.കുഞ്ഞുമോൾ, വയസ്സ് 54.

പ്രധാന രോഗം പെടലി വേദന, നടുവേദന. വർഷങ്ങൾ പഴക്കം ഉള്ള ഈ വേദന ചികിത്സകൾ പലതും ചെയ്തു കുറവില്ല. കറങ്ങി തിരിഞ്ഞ് എന്റെ പക്കൽ വന്നു. മരുന്നുകളും നിർദേശങ്ങളും നൽകി . ഫലം കണ്ടില്ല.. കിടത്തി ചികിത്സ നിർദേശിച്ച പ്രകാരം ഇവിടെ 14 ദിവസം കിടന്നു. 12 ദിവസവും വേദനക്ക് കുറവ് പറയുന്നില്ല. 12ആം ദിവസം രാത്രി റൌണ്ട്സിനു പോയപ്പോൾ കുഞ്ഞുമോൾ ഭയങ്കര ഹാപ്പി. വേദനക്ക് കുറവുണ്ട്. പതിവിൽ നിന്നും വ്യത്യസ്ഥമായി അന്ന് അവിടെ സംഭവിച്ചത് ഒരു കാര്യം മാത്രമാണ്. ആ ദിവസമാണ് അവരുടെ ഭർത്താവിൽ നിന്ന് സ്നേഹപൂർണമായ സംസാരവും പരിഗണയും കുറേ നാൾക്ക് ശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്നത്.

അന്ന് അവർ എന്നോട് ചോദിച്ച ഒരു ചോദ്യമുണ്ട്. വൈദ്യരെ ഞാൻ ഇവിടെ അങ്ങ് കൂടിക്കോട്ടെ.? ഹ ഹ ചിരിച്ചോണ്ട് ഞാൻ ചോദിച്ചു അത് എന്ത് പറ്റി അങ്ങനെ പറയാൻ.

ഇതിന്റെ മറുപടി അവർക്കുള്ള ഏറ്റവും വീര്യം കൂടിയ മരുന്നായിരുന്നു.
" ഇന്ന് എന്റെ ഇച്ചായൻ എന്റെ അടുത്ത് വന്നു ഒരുപാട് നേരം സംസാരിച്ചു, ഭക്ഷണം വിളമ്പി തന്നു. കുറേ തമാശ ഒക്കെ പറഞ്ഞ് കുറച്ചു അധിക നേരം എന്നെ പരിഗണിച്ചു ".

ഈ പരിഗണന മാത്രം മതി പല വേദനകളും ഇല്ലാണ്ടാവാൻ.
ഔഷധത്തിന് ഒപ്പം മനസ്സിന്റെ സന്തോഷം നൽകാൻ ഒരു വൈദ്യനും അതിലേറെ കുടുംബത്തിൽ ഉള്ളവരും സുഹൃത്തുക്കളും ശീലിക്കണം.

രാവിലെ തൊട്ട് പാതിരാത്രി വരെ വിശ്രമം ഇല്ലാതെ ജീവിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ അമ്മമാർക്കും തന്റെ മക്കളും, ഭർത്താവും എല്ലാം ഒന്ന് പരിഗണിച്ചു എന്ന് തോന്നിയാൽ മതി അവർ നമുക്ക് വേണ്ടി എന്തും ചെയ്യും.
