Under NMBA JKSPYM, the District Drug De-Addiction Center Kulgam successfully conducted a one-day awareness program and interactive session with students at Government Middle School Arigutnoo. The program aimed to educate students about the dangers of drug abuse, its impact on health and society, and the importance of making healthy life choices. The session was highly interactive, with students actively participating, asking questions, and sharing their thoughts, making it both informative and engaging.

The District De-Addiction Centre Kulgam conducted an awareness program in collaboration with 34 RR at Army Goodwill School, Behibagh, Kulgam. The program witnessed active participation from more than 100 attendees, mostly youth. The session focused on creating awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse and promoting a healthy, drug-free lifestyle among young individuals. Under NMBA JKSPYM, District Drug De-Addiction Centre Kulgam conducted a one-day awareness programme on drug abuse and its prevention strategies at Government High School Katrasoo. The programme aimed to educate students about the harmful effects of substance abuse and the importance of early prevention. It included individual counselling sessions to address personal concerns and interactive sessions to encourage active participation and open discussion. More than 50 students actively participated in the programme. Emphasis was placed on building awareness, promoting healthy coping mechanisms, and empowering students to make informed and responsible decisions.

The programme was aimed at educating students about the harmful effects of substance abuse and the risks associated with negative peer influence.
During the session, participants were provided with information on the causes, consequences, and prevention of drug abuse, along with practical strategies to resist peer pressure and make informed decisions. The programme also included an interactive session that encouraged active participation, discussion, and clarification of doubts. More than 50 students actively participated and benefited from the awareness programme.

Under NMBA–JKSPYM, the District Drug De-Addiction Centre Kulgam organized a one-day awareness programme on peer influence and substance abuse at Baitul Hilal Chawalgam. The programme aimed to educate participants about the harmful effects of substance abuse and the impact of negative peer pressure on young individuals. An interactive session was conducted to discuss prevention strategies, healthy decision-making, and the importance of choosing positive peer groups. More than 60 students actively participated in the programme and engaged in the discussion.

An interactive session was conducted with the students to raise awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse and to provide information about the services available at the District Drug De-Addiction Centre Kulgam. The programme concluded with a pledge-taking ceremony, where the participants pledged to stay away from drugs and promote a healthy, drug-free lifestyle.

Under NMBA JKSPYM, the District Drug De-addiction Centre Kulgam organised a one-day community awareness programme at Bogund. During the programme, IEC material was distributed among the general public to spread awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse and the importance of prevention. A group session with young youth was also conducted to discuss the risks of substance abuse and encourage a healthy, drug-free lifestyle.During the programme, participants were also informed about the treatment and counselling facilities available at the District Drug De-addiction Centre Kulgam. The centre provides free counselling, treatment, rehabilitation support, and guidance for individuals affected by substance abuse.

Under NMBA JKSPYM District Drug De-addiction Centre Kulgam, a one-day door-to-door awareness campaign was conducted at Balsoo to educate the general public about the dangers of drug abuse and the need for early prevention. During the campaign, the team visited households, interacted with community members, and shared important information regarding the prevention of substance abuse and the services available at the District De-addiction Centre kulgam. IEC material was also distributed among the residents to enhance awareness and encourage people to seek help and support for a drug-free community.
