A pt came to us with an impacted third molar conditional with gregory classification under no retromolar pad area space and roots in close proximity with mandibular canal and almost dilalcerated roots with curvature of 30 degress in realtion to inferior alveolar nerve which was confirmed by NCCT mandible ..a cb / ct was adviced however having non availabilty in countryside city ..ct scan was done and as read shown dilaceration of roots and winding of inferior alveolar nerve ..a decision was made to disimpact the tooth and we successfully acheived the results...nerve was completely saved and all the procedure was followed with investigation like Ct mandible Iopa opg and triple serology with a complete cbc...in such cases we make decision with less equipments and tech and we alhamdullilah acheive the results .
