As part of reaching out to Community in tribal/ remote areas, Dr. Pallavi Bapat Pinge was part of a medical camp as a Pediatrician. The camp was organized by Janeev Rugnalaya, Sobat Foudnation in Geora Village, Taluka Sawali, District Chandrapur, 170 kms from Nagpur. The medical camp was organzied for various specialities like Opthalmology, Obstertrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics and Orthopedics. The community particpated in the camp and recieved consultation on various paediatric issues like nutrition, growth failure, skin problems and developmental delays like speech delay. A total of 45 children were examined by Dr. Pallavi Bapat Pinge.
We are thankful to Dr. Suraj Rajendra Mhaske for inviting us and making us part of this noble cause of serving people in remote areas.

We started our New Year Celebrations by being part of SWEEKAR - (Association of Parents of MR, CP, Autistic and MD Children) Nagpur's Celebration at Khapri, Nagpur.
The programme was planned and organized by SAFI - Self advocate Federation of India. Parents and their children participated enthusiastically in the cultural programme highlighted by dance performances and melodious songs. Dr. Pallavi Bapat Pinge was invited as a guest along with Mr. Ashutosh Deshpande, SAKSHAM organisation.

In current times of Pandemic , parents are facing novel challenges while parenting their kids.
Understanding the needs of the parents and having cognizance of the challenges they are facing, Child Development Clinic 's consultant Dr. Pallavi Bapat Pinge was invited to a panel discussion "Good Parenting - Parenting challenges and strategies in Covid times"organized by Delhi Public School, Kamptee and MIHAN, Nagpur.
Dr. Pallavi was a co panelist with very esteemed and experienced panelists DR. Mandar V. Bichu from UAE and Dr. Rozina Rana from Nagpur.
It was a very enriching discussion on various topics like increasing screen time, difficult behaviour of children, lack of schedule and the ways to handle mental stress.

Dr. Pallavi Bapat Pinge was invited as a speaker at Hadas Primary School, Nagpur , to talk to the parents of children of class I to Class X . She talked about the effects of Covid Pandemic on children and thus the new challenges faced by parents .
Topics like physical health, mental health, importance of hobbies, exercises, strategies to study, importance of regular studies, and managing stress in these difficult times were discussed. We thank Hadas Primary School (English Medium) for inviting us for this series of webinars.

Child Development Clinic , Nagpur got an opportunity to have a series of interactive sessions with the students, parents and teachers of ' NAV YUG VIDHYALAYA, Mahal" on 26th, 27th and 28th May 2021. Dr. Pallavi Bapat Pinge interacted with the participants in this 'COVID SAMVAD" and put some light on the concerns , children have in these trying times of Pandemic. How, the Covid has affected the life of children and how students can fight with the situation by taking care of their physical health, mental health, diet and their studies too. She stressed upon the role of school and teachers in the lives of children in this webinar. We are thankful to the organizers of the NAV YUG Vidhyalaya, that they gave us this opportunity to our organization to interact with their students and their families.
