75 year male with Osteoarthritis both knees (Left > Right side) was managed by Total Knee Arthroplasty left side. Xray taken on POD 7 showed marked improvement in joint space on right side.

Early management of such cases leads to prevention of progress of disease severity in the other joint, thereby reducing chances of both knees needing surgery
