In my forties, happiness no longer looks loud or crowded.

It’s in slowing down, choosing well, moving my body with purpose, and being present where life truly happens.
This phase isn’t about having more.

It’s about needing less and feeling fuller.

Alcohol directly blood sugar ko disturb karta hai —
kabhi spike 📈, kabhi dangerous drop 📉

👉 Par agar completely avoid possible nahi hai, toh damage minimise zaroor karo:
✔️ Empty stomach pe bilkul nahi
✔️ Sugary mixers (cola, juice, energy drinks) ❌
✔️ Clear drinks + water pairing ✔️
✔️ Quantity limit mein, binge drinking ❌
✔️ Next day glucose monitoring zaroor
