Benefits for choosing ASF over PSF:
Short segment fusion with one lumbar level sparing as compared to PSF( which will require LIV L4)..which is very important for flexibility of spine and also for improved quality of life in postop later-in life..
Blood loss hardly 50-100ml.
OT time : 150minutes, quick recovery.

Happy to share one of the most severe Neuromuscular scoliosis correction done in last six months:: planned well, intraop Halo and femoral pin traction for getting pelvic alignment ( 48 degrees asymmetric Rt up),,iliac and sacroiliac screw,,achieving lumbar lordosis from 12 kyphotic preop and thoracic kyphosis from 19 lordosis was challenging with 103 degrees scoliosis,,,but with proper surgical techniques well achieved..intraop Neuro monitoring and postop neurologically stable...discharged well..🤞..regards

feel proud and happy to share our new addition in MISS ,,after successfully performing AIS, Congenital spinal deformity surgery( रिड़ क़े टेंडआँपअन )at our center we are heading towards Adult Degenerative Deformity correction with MISS..performed Degenerative lumber scoliosis correction by doing Two level MI OLIF with per cutaneous screw fixation..First surgery performed in state and adjacent northern part of India..
Beginning of new horizons for needful Pt ..

Pt comfortably walking one day after surgery.
Pt presentation: 58 yrs / F, with claudication distance 25 -30 meters.
LBA - 7 years,
Postop: no claudication ,,some knee pain ( d/t arthritis).
