A middle-aged woman from Ballia came to me with a complaint of deformity in her arm and inability to move her shoulder. She had undergone surgery two years ago in Varanasi for a fracture in her arm. However, she had been unable to use her arm since the injury - not even for a single day.
She recently came to know about me, and I advised her to undergo revision surgery. I performed the procedure, which involved implant removal, re-fixation, and iliac crest bone grafting.
It has now been two months since the surgery, and the patient is doing well. I thank Allah for enabling me to handle such a challenging case.
Revision fracture management isn't just fixing bones, it's rebuilding trust in stability
