Diagnostic laparosopy with Bilateral Inguinal exlporation & orchidopexy done for very small te**is.
In 11 year old boy.
This surgery would be ideally performed at age of 6 month to 1 year.
But due unwareness about disease in general population and some medical colleages these boys come very late.
