Heading the Ophthalmic Department at Divine Heart & Multi specialty Hospital, Dr. Prasoon Pandey is presently working as director of Trinetra Superspeciality Eye Hospital, Lucknow. After his MBBS from Government Medical College Calicut, he did his post graduation MS from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore and fellowship in Cornea and Refractive surgery from the prestigious Aravind Eye Hospital Coimbatore. After this he served as Consultant in Cornea and Refractive services at Aravind Eye Hospital, Chief Operating surgeon at Garnett Memorial Eye Hospital Coimbatore and later as Senior Consultant Cornea and Refractive services at Indira Gandhi Eye Hospital and Research Centre Lucknow. He was awarded FAICO in Refractive surgery in 2014 by AIOS. He has been trained at the prestigious LVPEI in lamellar keratoplasty and ocular surface surgeries. He has several national and international presentations to his credit and is an ORBIS worldwide associate surgeon. He has a vast experience in cutting edge phaco (cataract) surgeries, Refractive surgeries, glaucoma and all Corneas surgeries. He has more than 12 years experience in Ophthalmology. He is dedicated to providing the best patient care possible and as a result offer many procedures utilizing the latest technology.
