Attention please.
My evening OPD is temporarily shut down due to the ongoing Corona Crisis. I shall be available for emergency consultations at Brajraj Hospital, Tahseenganj Chauraha, Chowk, Lucknow. Vaccination services available from 12 to 2 PM from Monday to Saturday at Brajraj Hospital. Please take appointment before coming. Please follow the below instructions while visiting-
1. Accompany as few people as possible with the child.
2. Maintain social distancing at the hospital
3. All the patients and attendants should wear a face mask
4. Sanitize your hands after arriving and before leaving the hospital
5. All the patients and attendants will have to undergo thermal screening at the hospital.
6. Please cooperate with the hospital staff in our fight against corona virus
