This patient desired a fuller, proportionate breast shape to enhance her body contour and boost confidence, and we helped her achieve it through a carefully planned breast augmentation procedure using silicone implants.

Procedure details:

- A small inframammary incision (placed in the natural breast crease) was used to ensure minimal visible scarring

- High-cohesive silicone gel implants were selected based on the patient’s anatomy and goals

- Implants were placed in the dual-plane position, partly under the muscle, for a more natural slope and long-term support

The procedure was done under general anesthesia as a day-care surgery, and the patient went home the same day

Recovery:

- Minimal bruising or discomfort

- Return to light activity in 4–5 days

- Full recovery and final shape in 6–8 weeks

Results:
