☕ High doses of caffeine can induce psychotic and manic symptoms, and more commonly, anxiety.

☕Patients with panic disorder and social anxiety disorder seem to be particularly sensitive

🏃‍♂️People with dissociative fugue temporarily lose their sense of personal identity and impulsively wander away from their homes or places of work.

🏃‍♂️They may remain in the fugue state for a couple of days, several weeks or even months.

🏃‍♂️When individuals return to their pre-dissociative states, events that occurred during the fugue are not remembered.

🏃‍♂️Onset is usually sudden, often related to traumatic or stressful life events. Recovery is usually sudden and often complete.

🏃‍♂️Treatment includes psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy.

💔Breaking up with someone is painful.

💔The same brain areas which are activated when we feel physical pain, are also activated when we suffer a heartbreak!

💔People may ruminate persistently about their ex-partner, how they're feeling, whether they're missing the relationship & so on, triggered by places they visited together, their common friends etc.

💔Love is like an addiction, since the same brain areas which are associated with reward and motivation, seen in drug addiction are also activated after a break up. Thus, after a break up, people crave for their ex-partner like the drug addicts crave a drug they are withdrawing from.

Despite all this, our brain never stops loving! Amazing,isn't it! Probably it knows "Where there is love, there is pain!" ❤

🏳️‍🌈 They are 2.5 times more likely to experience depression, anxiety, and substance misuse compared to heterosexual individuals.

🚭Smoking or chewing to***co increases the risk of cancers of the head, neck, throat, oesophagus and oral cavity as well as various dental diseases.
🚭Smokers are up to 22 times more likely than non-smokers to develop lung cancer in their lifetime.
🚭After 10 years to***co-free, the risk of lung cancer is reduced to about half that of a smoker. So, it's never too late to quit smoking.
