Surya Dental Clinic was founded by Late Dr. Vijay Srivastava in 1985 and was one of its kind during that time. The founder was a product of K.G.M.U. 1982 batch. He began his career by working for 2 years at a renowned clinic of the 90s, i.e., Rajuma Dental Clinic. Dr. Srivastava was the pioneer who introduced Northern India to the next level of Dental Implants at that time, which he acquired knowledge about from Germany. He was completely dedicated to glorify the smiles of his patients through his practice always. It was of his sheer hard work and conduct that Surya Dental Clinic became a household name and was well known by even children. Dr. Srivastava had built an amazing and fast-growing practice buy unfortunately he passed away in the year 1999. Now, Dr. Aseem Karan, his son, has pledged to carry forward the Clinic and fulfill his father's dream. * Brush at least twice a day: Brushing your teeth at least twice a day is important for maintaining good oral hygiene. Ideally, you should brush your teeth after every meal, but at the very least, brush your teeth in the morning and before bed.

* Use the right technique: Using the right technique when brushing your teeth is important to make sure that you are effectively removing plaque and food particles. Hold your brush at a 45-degree angle to your teeth and brush in circular motions.

* Use the right toothbrush: Using the right toothbrush is also important. Choose a brush with soft bristles to avoid damaging your teeth and gums. Also, make sure to replace your toothbrush every three to four months or when the bristles begin to fray.

* Use fluoride toothpaste: Fluoride is a mineral that helps to strengthen tooth enamel and prevent tooth decay. Make sure to use a toothpaste that contains fluoride.

* Don't forget to floss: Flossing is an important part of oral hygiene as it helps to remove plaque and food particles from between your teeth where your toothbrush can't reach. Make sure to floss at least once a day.

* Brush your tongue: Bacteria can build up on your tongue, causing bad breath and contributing to tooth decay. Use your toothbrush to brush your tongue or invest in a tongue scraper.

* Rinse your mouth: After brushing and flossing, rinse your mouth with water to remove any remaining debris and toothpaste.

* See your dentist regularly: Even with good oral hygiene habits, it's important to see your dentist regularly for checkups and cleanings to maintain healthy teeth and gums.
