Case of recurrent incisional hernia

Pt operated as Diagnostic lap with lap adhesiolysis with closing of hernia defect by using V Lock suture with fixation of proceed mesh by tacker ( IPOM PLUS )
Pt discharge on 2nd post op day with no complain .

PRIMARY REPAIR OF GASTRIC PERFORATION
Pt came in our emergency in charak hospital at 11.30 pm with pain in abdomen , distension , high grade fever , not passing stool and flatus from 3 days .
Pt was thoroughly examined , properly investigated by me dr vivek kumar singh and our senior anesthetist dr sameer mishra sir and pt operated in CHARAK HOSPITAL at 2.30 am .
Now it's 5th post op day and pt is having all vitals normal , no complain , accepting orally and planning to discharge today .
