Do we ever stop and wonder are people actually judging us?

Do we ever wonder what’s the worse that’ll happen if they judge us ?

Ofcourse we can feel like their judgement means Im not good enough . Our past might have conditioned us to believe that others approvals is extremely important or even imperative to prove that Im enough . Them liking us can feel like we are likeable too. Or that at any given point in time people around me must be happy with me or approve of everything I do.

But is that really possible or even true?
How did we reach the conclusion that others must not judge us?
That their judgment of us means Im not good enough?
That their approval must mean that I am good enough ?

Typos alert-

There are few typos which I realised after I posted. If you read through you’ll get the meaning.

I want your opinion on this.
As a professional, I don’t work with children , but im a mother and I’m with my child speaking with him and not to him.

As parents we’ve never spoken to another parent if Aadrit has had fights, we’ve never asked a parent to control the child or speak with them. We’ve never spoken ill about another child with Aadrit .

We’ve let him be . We’ve spoken to him about all of the aforementioned things though. But we’ve also let him be a kid who makes mistakes, is mischievous and ofcourse he bears the consequences.

He has a spark we don’t wanna dim because he might make mistakes or might to inappropriate things . He will , from time to time just as we do as adults .

Being a creator on IG and being a psychologist are two different things. When you see content on social media and follow creators because they call themselves professionals I urge you to look at their content with depth and use your own critical thinking and common sense before believing what they say.

Blanket statements like “I am a psychologist and I can assure you” can somwimtes be downright absurd and untrue, bordering professional misconduct and spreading of ill information. Infact it’s sometimes downright stupid , non researched and just a very juvenile, ill informed, and even prejudice, personal opinion masked as a professional one.

I want you to understand that sometimes professionals and good professionals, ethical ones might be average content creators while some famous content creator can have poor content that can sometimes even be unethical and crossing professional boundaries.
