If you haven’t tried chia jam before, you’re missing out! This one was super popular in my stories yesterday so I’ve created an easy-to-follow visual 🍓😋

You can make it with chia seeds and berries alone or can add some flavour from lime juice & honey 🍯 use maple syrup to make it vegan 🌱 here’s the recipe!👇🏼
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 cup frozen berries
• 1/2-1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp lime juice
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
METHOD:
1⃣ Place all ingredients in a small saucepan with a dash of water.
2⃣ Cook on low heat, moving the mixture around and mashing the berries with the back of the spatula.
3⃣ Do this until the chia seeds have formed a thick texture and there is no excess liquid.
4⃣ Enjoy! You can add immediately to a breakfast bowl or snack, or store in a jar in the fridge for up to 4 days.
