You might have heard that breakfast is “THE most IMPORTANT meal of the day” !!🥪🌮🌯🍳🥣🥗 But do you know WHY?? 🤔

Okay let's talk about this...you are on a diet and are eating all the "healthy" stuff but still aren't able to shed those kilos !!! 😣

My question to you... Are you really ENJOYING what you are eating ??? Just think about it !!🤔

Remember, if you are forcefully eating all the healthy food but are not enjoying it, it won't do any good.
After all, eating soothes our MIND too.

So here's what you should do !!
➡️➡️➡️ Opt for strategies that focus on including healthy foods in your diet and focus specifically on those healthy foods that you really enjoy eating.😃
It will definitely soothe your MIND and BODY and will make you HAPPY about yourself.

Here !! Give this a try !!!
Fox nuts, Lotus seeds or commonly known as MAKHANA...!!
Instead of going for any other packaged snack first go through some health benefits of Makhana..🤔
1️⃣️They are low in cholesterol, fat and sodium. Hence, making them an ideal snack to satiate your belly in-between the meals.

STAY HEALTHY !!!
In today's busy and hectic lifestyle we are all forgetting to focus on our health...So here's a small talk:
People who are lean are eating whatever they like, whenever they like. But is this practice really healthy for them ? The answer is NO...as they might not be getting the right nutrients which are required to keep them healthy and fit.

While those who are overweight or obese, they want to loose their weight by any means and hence sometimes opt for some unhealthy ways that might initially reduce their weight but eventually will make their body weak.

So, don't just exercise to loose or gain weight but focus on staying fit and gaining muscle.
Similarly, don't go for any diet that you might have found online as everyone has a different body which has different requirements.So, don't eat to loose all the fat but to nourish your body with right nutrients.

Remember: Healthy body+ Healthy lifestyle = Healthy and Happy YOU :)
And this should be our main aim.
