This meal is perfect for when you're craving something delicious but want it to be healthy and low calorie 😀

It's easy to make and also can be customised as per your choices ✅

Ingredients for pesto sauce:
1. 3 cups basil
2. 1/4 cup pine nuts or walnuts or almond
3. 2 - 3 cloves of garlic
4. 1 tsp lemon juice
5. Salt to taste
6. 2 tsp olive oil
7. 1 cup white sauce

Ingredients for the filling:
1. 1 cup paneer
2.1 carrot, diced
3. 1/2 red and yellow bell pepper, diced
4. 1 bunch of spinach
5. 1 onion, diced
6. Chilli flakes
7. Oregano
8. Salt to taste

Ingredients for white sauce
1. 1 tsp olive oil
2. 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
3. 1 cup milk
4. Salt
5. Chilli flakes and mixed herbs

Method:
1. Blend together all ingredients of the pesto sauce besides the white sauce and set aside.

2. In a pan, heat the olive oil, add the flour and milk and keep stirring until it thickens. If you don't stir there will be lumps. Season it. Add in the pesto and stir well until combined.

3. In a pan add the onion, garlic, carrots, bell peppers
and crumbled paneer and cook until the veggies are tender. Season with salt, chilli flakes and oregano.

Pomegranate Banana Smoothie!

Ingredients:
150 ml plain nonfat yogurt, well chilled
1 whole fresh pomegranate, well chilled
1 Elaichi banana, well chilled
3 Whole Almonds
Pumpkin Seeds

How to Make It:
In a blender, combine the chilled nonfat yogurt with the pomegranates. Add the sliced bananas and puree with almonds. Pour the smoothie into tall, chilled glasses and serve at once.

Pomegranates are packed with antioxidants and nutrients, which offers some impressive health benefits, including reducing "bad" LDL cholesterol, and keeping blood pressure in check.

Yogurt is gutfriendly and the perfect immune system booster. The lactic acid bacteria in yogurt have important effects in preventing cancer, infections, gastrointestinal diseases and asthma. Regular consumption of daily and fresh yogurt increases the positive affects of yogurt.
