55-year-old female with ulcerative colitis and systemic vasculitis presented with a ruptured left wide-neck dysplastic para-ophthalmic ICA aneurysm.
In view if acute SAH setting, safe and rapid dome protection was aimed.
Considering aneurysm fragility, balloon-related rupture risk, and the need to avoid DAPT, simple coiling was chosen as the safest strategy ๐ŸŽฏ.

32-year-old man arrived with dropping sensorium with extensive cerebral venous thrombosis and falling consciousness due to severe venous congestion. venous mechanical thrombectomy with lysis was performed. A 30-year-old male presented with SAH and IVH due to a large fusisaccular dissecting aneurysm of the left PCA. We proceeded with parent artery occlusion and endovascular coiling, a strategy often well tolerated in PCA dissections.
PCA territories are uniquely protected by extensive pial collaterals, allowing safe parent artery occlusion in most dissecting aneurysms when supported by angiographic evidence.โœ…
The patient made an excellent recovery and was discharged on POD 7.

Endovascular Awareness in a Brain with Poor Cerebrovascular Reserve ๐Ÿง โœ…๐ŸŽ—๏ธ
An elderly woman with repeated minor strokes had left carotid occlusion and severe right intracranial carotid artery stenosis -80%(supraclinoid ICA) with no backup blood vessels to supply โ€” making both sides of her brain extremely vulnerable.
She was treated with minimally invasive intracranial stenting, recovered well, and went home safely on day 3.

An elderly female with a ruptured ACOM aneurysm (wide-neck) presented with brain hemorrhage.
She was treated successfully by Balloon-assisted endovascular coiling, achieving complete occlusion of the aneurysm with an uneventful recovery.

Endovascular treatment is now the gold-standard lifesaving option for many patients with brain hemorrhage and aneurysms, even when the aneurysm has a complex wide neck.

Young female with acute right upper limb ischemia. Rutherford class 2B- threatened limb due to brachial artery occlusion โ€”treated with pharmacomechanical therapy (thrombolysis + aspiration), with restoration of flow, pain relief, and recovery of movement & sensation.

A 72-year-old male, high surgical risk (post intracranial flow-diverter), with 8 months of catheter dependency due to Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), underwent successful Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE).
โ€ข Right PA: Type III from internal iliac artery (rare)
โ€ข Left PA : Type I from common vesical trunk
Clinical outcome @ 2 weeks:
