๐Ÿง  Brain Aneurysm Awareness

A middle-aged woman came to us with sudden brain bleeding (subarachnoid hemorrhage) caused by a ruptured PCOM aneurysm (a weak ballooning in a brain blood vessel).

Because the aneurysm had favorable anatomy, we were able to treat it quickly using a minimally invasive procedure called endovascular coiling โ€” without open brain surgery. The aneurysm was sealed from inside the blood vessel, preventing further life-threatening bleeding.

She recovered well and was functionally independent at discharge on Day 8.

โš ๏ธ Sudden severe headache, vomiting, or collapse can be warning signs of brain aneurysm rupture. Early diagnosis and timely treatment can save lives.

Stroke thrombectomy /Intervention awareness๐Ÿง 
A middle-aged woman with vascular risk factors arrived within 12 hours with a severe stroke (NIHSS 15). Imaging revealed an extended-window basilar top occlusion โ€” a true brainstem emergency.
We performed a life-saving mechanical thrombectomy and achieved first-pass complete recanalization (TICI 3), restoring brainstem perfusion. Awareness makes the difference โ€” stroke can be treated with minimally invasive endovascular therapy.
