✅ Foods to ADD if you feel bloated

1. Ginger: It wakes up digestion and helps food move smoothly, reducing gas and heaviness.

2. Fennel seeds: They're naturally calming for the gut. They reduce bloating, acidity, and that tight feeling in the stomach.

3. Ghee: It lubricates the digestive tract and helps food digest better without creating gas.

4. Cooked vegetables: They're much easier to digest than raw foods and gentler on a sensitive stomach.

5. Carom seeds (Ajwain): They're excellent for gas, cramps, and heaviness after meals.

❌ Foods to AVOID when bloating is frequent

1. Pulses like rajma & channa: They're heavy to digest, especially when Agni is weak. They easily cause gas and bloating.

2. Raw salads: They're cold and rough for digestion, often slowing the gut instead of helping it.
