How Did Adharma Begin?

Maharishi Charaka said - "Adharma begins with overeating."

When we eat more than what our body truly needs, it leads to lethargy.

Laziness makes us avoid our duties and responsibilities.

Slowly, we look for shortcuts to achieve what hard work once gave us leading to cheating, lying, and moral decay.

Thus, Adharma doesn't begin with crime it begins with the extra bite you don't need.

Healthy Food Tips:

1. Eat only when hungry - True hunger is the body's signal, not the clock's.

2. Leave one-third of your stomach empty - Follow the rule: 1 part solid + 1 part liquid + 1 part empty (Charaka Samhita).

3. Eat seasonal, local, fresh food - They balance doshas naturally.

4. Observe regular fasting (Upavasa) - Helps reset digestion, Reduces toxins (Ama), Enhances mental clarity and self-control

Try weekly or fortnightly fasting, or follow Ayurvedic light fasting (Laghu Bhojana).

5. Avoid reheated, stale, or heavy food at night - They increase Ama (toxins) and Tamas.

6. Sit and eat with full attention - No screens, no scrolcrime.

7. Start with light foods like fruits or salads when very hungry - they awaken Agni.

8. Include herbs like ginger, black pepper, and cumin - they improve digestion naturally.

"Adharma doesn't begin with crime... it begins with your plate."

Fertilo is a fertility method that uses stem cells to mature human eggs outside the body — and the first baby conceived using this method was just born:

The first baby conceived using a revolutionary fertility method known as Fertilo has been born at the Santa Isabel Clinic in Lima, Peru.

Developed by Gameto, a female-led biotech company, the Fertilo technique uses ovarian support cells (OSCs) derived from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) to mimic the natural egg maturation process outside the body.

Unlike traditional IVF, Fertilo avoids 80% of the hormone injections and reduces the treatment cycle duration to just three days, making it faster, safer, and less invasive.

Gameto’s CEO, Dr. Dina Radenkovic, hailed the achievement as a “turning point in reproductive health,” emphasizing how the method alleviates physical and emotional strain often associated with conventional IVF. The Fertilo technique has already gained regulatory approval in several countries, including Australia, Japan, and Mexico, with plans for Phase 3 trials in the US.

For the mother of the first Fertilo baby, the innovative approach made the journey to parenthood less stressful and more accessible, offering hope to millions of families worldwide.

Here’s a basic overview of how the GTT(GLUCOSE TOLERANCE TEST) test works:

1. Fasting: The patient is asked to fast overnight.

2. Baseline Measurement: A blood sample is taken to measure fasting blood sugar levels.

3. Glucose Drink: The patient drinks a sugary solution containing a specific amount of glucose.

4. Monitoring: Blood sugar levels are tested at intervals (usually 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, etc.) after drinking the glucose solution to see how the body processes it.

This test helps determine if the body is properly metabolizing glucose or if there is a problem like impaired glucose tolerance or gestational diabetes (during pregnancy).

Here’s The peppermint preparation.....

**Peppermint remedy for cough, cold, and throat irritation during winter and monsoon:**

**Ingredients:**

- 1-inch cinnamon stick
- Clove
- Black pepper
- Dry ginger
- 1 tablespoon carom seeds (ajwain)
- 1/2 inch turmeric root

**Preparation:**

1. Roast all the above ingredients on low heat. Add a little rock salt or black salt and grind them into a powder using a mixer.

2. In the same mixer jar, add two bay leaves and a few basil leaves. Grind everything together.

3. Measure the amount of the spice mix prepared and take double that amount of jaggery. Heat the jaggery in a pan until it melts and forms a syrup.

4. Add the ground mixture to the jaggery syrup, and use a spoon to spread it onto butter paper. Once it hardens, it can be consumed like peppermint candy.

This remedy helps reduce cough, cold, and throat irritation, and it is beneficial for health during winter and monsoon seasons.

80-Year-Old Man Hasn’t Watered This Sealed Bottle Garden Since 1972 And It’s Still Alive.
David Latimer planted the terrarium garden on Easter Sunday in 1960. He placed some compost and a quarter pint of water into a 10-gallon glass carboy and inserted a spiderwort sprout, which is not typically an indoor plant, using wires.
In 1972, he opened the plant terrarium again to add a bit of water. With that one exception, the garden has remained sealed – all it needs is plenty of sunlight!
The self contained ecosystem has flourished for nearly 60 years.
For those who are wondering how this is even possible: the garden is a perfectly balanced and self-sufficient ecosystem. The bacteria in the compost eats the dead plants and breaks down the oxygen that is released by the plants, turning it into carbon dioxide, which is needed for photosynthesis.
The bottle is essentially a microcosm of earth.

Rice water

Do not throw out your rice water. Rice water has been used for thousands of years in Asian cultures, it contains amino acids, B vitamins, vitamin E, essential minerals and antioxidants.

Benefits:
Skin: rice contains the antioxidant ferulic acid, as well as an organic compound called allantoin which helps soothe and heal the skin. This helps dry skin, large pores, and eczema. To use on skin, place a small amount of rice water on a cotton ball and gently smooth over your face and neck as a toner. To clean with it, massage it into your skin. Rinse if desired.

Lungs: rice water is so healing for the Lungs. I recommend it alongside c formula to heal efficiently from v*ral infections. It also helps replenish the lost nutrients during illness and speeds the recovery process.

Digestion: the nutrients in rice water help relieve constipation while providing the Spleen and Stomach with quick and usable energy.

Spleen energy (Qi): rice water can help the energy of the Spleen and Stomach to increase the strength of digestion, and help symptoms like fatigue, loose stool, bloating, poor circulation.

Hair: studies have found that inositol, an ingredient found in rice water, is able to pe*****te damaged hair and repair it from the inside out. It even protects hair from future damage. You can use the same rice water topically. It's easiest put in a squeeze bottle if you want to use it on your hair, use it after shampoo and conditioning. Rice water can detangle, smooth, shine and strengthen hair.

To make, use 1 cup of rice to 8-10 cups of water. Rinse rice. Then boil water and rice gently until the rice kernels open and boil a bit after that. Usually about 30-45 minutes. Strain out rice and you can eat that or use it later. You can drink and use rice water daily.
