A case of intestinal obstruction..history of operated for appendectomy 4 years back..on exploration intestine was severely adherent..damaged at many places during separation..scope of multiple resection anastomoses was not thr…removed the damaged part n done RA..after few months he came to thank for saving his life..meant a lot…🙏🏻🙏🏻..It’s still a magic..even if u knw hw it’s done..😊
