Haven’t been active on social media for a while. However, I felt obligated to post this when I got to know about the IMA vs Homeopathy debates in Kerala from Dr. Ashwin.

To say the last year has been tough would be an understatement. Mira was diagnosed with severe eczema and allergies as she turned 4 months old. We took her to the best paediatric dermatologists in London and the strength of the steroids prescribed kept increasing after every visit. When steroids stopped working, she was prescribed immunosuppressants. Days and nights became a blur for months. She had to be constantly held to stop her from scratching and bleeding. The feeling of helplessness when you’re unable to help your child is the worst feeling ever.

I’m infinitely grateful to DrSangeetha Pradeep for introducing me to Ashwin Panicker. To be honest, I was reluctant to speak to yet another doctor and only did so because she insisted. But boy, has he been a blessing! He took it up as a personal challenge to help us. He would check on her progress every couple of days, spend time researching and then recommend remedies.

4 months later, here is my warrior princess. I cannot stop kissing her cheeks.. and I will never take that for granted! She still has her flare ups now and then and is currently going through one, but I now have hope. For us, homeopathy has been magic ✨
